PROBLEM
In New York, the subway—especially the L Train—is notoriously overcrowded, chaotic, and stressful. Locals even call it the "hell train."
INSIGHT
If the L Train already feels like hell, why not make it actually hellish to mark the arrival of Diablo IV?
EXECUTION
To launch Diablo IV, we turn the infamous L Train into a real-life Hell Train—transforming its cars into immersive, infernal realms straight from the game, bringing hell to commuters before they bring it to Sanctuary.
